Terms of Service

By purchasing, using, or accessing our portable power station products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use or purchase our products.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our products and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of portable power stations, providing comprehensive services including:

• OEM Services: Original Equipment Manufacturing for custom portable power solutions
• ODM Services: Original Design Manufacturing with complete product development
• Brand Distribution: Distribution of branded portable power station products
• Technical Support: Professional technical assistance and customer service

To purchase our products or use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from purchasing electronic products under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration or purchase
• Comply with all applicable import/export regulations in your jurisdiction

Business customers must provide valid business registration and tax identification documents for wholesale or OEM/ODM services.

When you create an account with us for wholesale orders, OEM/ODM services, or ongoing business relationships, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all orders and activities under your account
• Maintain accurate business and shipping information
• Update your contact information promptly when changes occur

Our portable power stations are designed for safe and responsible use. You agree to use our products in accordance with provided instructions and safety guidelines.

All product designs, trademarks, patents, and proprietary technologies used in our portable power stations remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors, unless otherwise specified in OEM/ODM agreements.

For OEM/ODM customers, specific intellectual property terms will be outlined in separate manufacturing agreements. Custom designs developed for clients may be subject to shared or transferred IP rights as contractually agreed.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you purchase our products or use our services. We collect only necessary information for order processing, shipping, and customer support.

Payment terms vary based on the type of service:

• Retail Sales: Full payment required before shipping
• Wholesale Orders: Net 30 payment terms for approved business customers
• OEM/ODM Projects: Typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
• Custom Orders: 50% deposit required, balance due on completion

All prices are subject to change without notice. Large volume orders may qualify for special pricing. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.

We provide comprehensive warranty coverage for our portable power stations:

• Standard Warranty: 24 months for battery and electronic components
• Manufacturing Defects: Full replacement within first 30 days
• Battery Performance: Guaranteed 80% capacity retention for 18 months
• OEM/ODM Products: Warranty terms as specified in manufacturing agreement

We may terminate business relationships or refuse service for violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, or breach of payment obligations. Ongoing OEM/ODM contracts have specific termination clauses as outlined in individual agreements.

Customers may terminate wholesale accounts or cancel orders in accordance with the cancellation policy. Custom orders and OEM/ODM projects may have different cancellation terms due to manufacturing commitments.

While we strive to provide accurate product information and specifications, all products are sold "as is" beyond the specified warranty terms. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in our warranty policy.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

For OEM/ODM customers, liability limitations are specifically addressed in manufacturing agreements and may differ from these general terms based on the nature and scope of the project.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from product purchases or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

International customers acknowledge that cross-border transactions may be subject to additional regulations and dispute resolution procedures as specified in international sales agreements.
